- TUTEPS reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Affiliate & Instructor Terms
- Affiliates: Must adhere to our "Do’s & Don’ts" policy, including the prohibition of spam and blackhat SEO. Commissions are paid on the 16th of each month.
- Instructors: Must provide original, high-quality educational content. TUTEPS reserves the right to remove content that violates our quality standards or copyright laws.
5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Payments: All transactions are processed securely. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on specific courses, provided the student has not consumed more than 20% of the content.
- Cancellations: Users may close their accounts at any time; however, previously paid fees for accessed digital content are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
TUTEPS provides educational resources "as is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific career results or earnings. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform or third-party links.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
8. Changes to Terms
TUTEPS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
